This is one of the incomparable Glen Hansard’s new videos. I cannot stop watching it. His depth of emotion is staggering. Heartbreak, nostalgia, fondness. Such stillness. I think it’s a really interesting filmic choice for this song. (Not to mention he’s completely drop dead sexy in those suspenders.) I’m really looking forward to his album coming out in June.

Just hanging out with my old cat, Cleo, on New Years day in Guanajuato. She’s the best, smartest, sweetest cat (who thinks she’s a dog) in the world. Also, my parents got me this beautiful Mexican made Chakrah necklace for my birthday, which I love!
